Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

EAI is the practice of integrating all enterprise software applications, data and work flow process. It is often employed as part of our Business Process Improvement reviews. Large organizations over time tend of develop ‘technical islands’, or applications that are largely isolated within an organization by process and/or data. This isolation leads to lower efficiency and greater time to deliver. Through EAI, our team will review your current state and develop an integrated model for all systems, develop a tactical plan for implementation and finally manage the implementation.
